Point Brown Unit Amenities:

Each two bedroom unit can accommodate up to 6 people.
All of the units have a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a fireplace with one log provided (additional logs may be purchased from the check-in office and Penthouses have gas fireplaces), 2 televisions (Penthouses have 3), a VCR/VCP, stereo with cassette and CD player, telephone, and a washer/dryer (guests must provide their own laundry supplies) with an iron and ironing board.
There are two cribs available at no cost on site, but no rollaway beds.
No pets allowed.
The Penthouse units (AIX code - "PBP") are approximately 1,775 square feet with the deck and have 2 bedrooms, both with king sized beds, a queen wall bed, and three bathrooms.
The master bedroom up a flight of circular stairs has a gas fireplace, a whirlpool tub in a separate room, a shower with 2 shower heads, and a vanity sink in the bedroom.
The second bedroom, also upstairs, has a bath with a whirlpool tub and shower.
The third bathroom is on the main floor with a shower.
Both penthouses have 3 televisions and a private deck with an outdoor jacuzzi.
The Penthouses are located in the New York building.
The St. James 2 bedroom unit (AIX code - "PBJ") is approximately 944 square feet with the deck and has a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, and 2 bathrooms one with a jacuzzi tub.
The unit is one of two in the St. James building located 0.7 miles from the check-in office and facing the entrance to Grays Harbor.
"Wing" or end Pennsylvania units (6) (AIX codes - "PBA", "PBE", & some "PB2s") are approximately 1,207 square feet with the deck and Middle Pennsylvania units (3) (AIX codes - "PBB", "PBC", & some "PB2s") are 1,114 square feet with a smaller deck.
Each Pennsylvania unit has 2 bedrooms, one king bed in the master bedroom, another king bed or two twin beds in the second bedroom, 1 queen sofa bed or 1 queen wall bed in the living room, and 2 baths one with a jacuzzi tub.
