Check out the spectacular cliffs to the north where the end of the movie, "Waterworld", was filmed or journey to the south eastern end of the island and watch the island grow as lava flows into the Pacific Ocean. Travel inland and go horseback riding at Parker Ranch or venture east to the lush and tropical city of Hilo. Visit the coffee plantations and macadamia nut factories a short distance to the south of the resort while on your way to the Place of Refuge where ruins of an ancient Hawaiian village remain. There is so much to see and do on the Big Island, you'll be glad to return to the lush gardens and oceanside pool at Sea Village Resort for some rest and relaxation. Located a short distance from the heart of Kailua-Kona, Sea Village contains 131 total units of which the VTS Program owns 21 two bedroom and 30 one bedroom condominiums. The resort sits right on the sea wall and has well kept grounds, a pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue area and a tennis court. Walk into town for a morning cup of the famous Kona coffee before heading out to deep-sea fish, snorkel, golf or sight see on this wonderfully versatile island of Hawaii.

Sea Village Unit Amenities:

A two bedroom unit (AIX code - "SV2") is approximately 1063 square feet (including a lanai of 96 square feet) and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Each unit has 2 bathrooms, both with a tub and shower combination, 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 wall bed in the living room and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave.
Each unit has ceiling fans, a television, a telephone with an answering machine, a washer and dryer (guests must provide their own laundry supplies) and an iron with ironing board.
The units are located in three story buildings without elevators and have furnished lanais.
Cribs and rollaways are available for rent through an outside company.
No pets allowed.
The Easy Access 2 bedroom unit (AIX code - "SVZ") is located on the ground floor of the building.
There is a 3 inch lip at the entrance of the unit.
The tub/shower has a flexible shower head and the toilet seat is not raised.
There is access to the lanai from inside the unit.
This unit DOES NOT meet ADA requirements.
All other amenities are the same as the standard two bedroom units.
Three of the two bedroom units (AIX code - "SVN") are located near the Sea Village Front Desk on the second or third floor of the building.
The units have a limited garden view from the lanai and are in close proximity to the tennis court and the road.
Considerable activity will take place near these units during office hours.
These units have the same amenities listed above as well as a VCR. Video rentals are available at several nearby stores.
