Situated on it's own secluded beach, Torres Mazatlan Resort is a complete vacation resort with 126 condominiums owned exclusively by Sunterra, and an abundance of on-site amenities. Stay in a spacious one or two bedroom unit or splurge on one of the six luxurious penthouses complete with four bedrooms, a full kitchen, a jacuzzi and barbecue on the deck, plus a television and stereo. Enjoy one of the many activities available on site including volleyball on the beach, ping pong, croquet, tennis and a putting green, just to name a few, or relax around the newly remodeled swimming pool with a wading area for the kids. Visit La Palapa bar at the resort for appetizers and a margarita then head a few miles south to the Golden Zone, Mazatlan's tourist area, and enjoy the nightlife. Or stay at the resort and barbecue the fresh catch of the day or let the excellent staff at La Palapa restaurant wait on you for dinner. Torres Mazatlan Unit Amenities:

A two-bedroom unit (AIX code - "TM2") is approximately 1,310 square feet including the lanai and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Each unit has 2 bathrooms both with shower stalls, 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with either a king or 2 queen beds, a queen wall-bed in the living room and a full kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher.
Each unit has ceiling fans (air conditioning during summer months only), an iron with ironing board and a deck or lanai.
There are no washers/dryers in the units, however, coin-operated laundry facilities are located next to the store.
"Tokens" for the machines and laundry supplies can be purchased at the convenience store.
The units are located in a 5 or 6 story building with elevators.
The resort has 10 porta-cribs available for no fee on a first come first served basis.
No pets allowed.
The Easy Access 2 bedroom units (AIX code - "TMZ") are located on the ground floor of the buildings.
There are no stairs or other impediments to reaching the units.
The bathrooms have grab bars in the toilet area and around the shower.
There is a flexible shower head and a shower stool, but no raised toilet seats in the bathrooms.
There is access to the lanai from inside the unit. These units DO NOT meet ADA requirements.
There are two king beds, one in each bedroom, and all other amenities are the same as the standard two bedroom units.
