For the second year in a row, staySky Hotels & Resorts has been chosen by the Orlando Sentinel to receive their Top 100 Companies for Working Families award. The hospitality brand is thrilled to have ranked 20th on this list that recognizes companies in Central Florida that provide great working environments, employee benefits, development, and engagement opportunities.

staySky Hotels & Resorts joined its affiliated company, StaySky Vacation Clubs and a handful of other companies within the Central Florida area for a celebratory luncheon on August 19th. The top 20 companies were recognized at this event for their above-average efforts in providing employees with a positive working environment.

Orlando Sentinel’s Top 100 Companies for Working Families is a very prestigious list recognizing various companies in Central Florida that are committed to family and the work/life balance for its employees. Each company is evaluated on their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. Employees are also asked to fill out a survey that measures their experience working for the company. The top scores determine the top companies and the final rankings.
