1. Margaritaville Resort Orlando

Kissimmee, Florida

One of our most anticipated timeshare openings is the Margaritaville Resort Orlando. You’ll be doing everything but wasting away again at this resort. With the first phase (or collection of resorts) expected to open at the end of 2017, guests can enjoy the new homes and amenities at the formerly-named MargaritaVillage Resort.

The resort will feature 187 new rooms in addition to the resort’s 1,000 Margarita-themed vacation homes and 300 timeshare units. Plans have been announced for 30,000 square feet of function space, 200,000 square feet of retail, a dining and entertainment district, a 12-acre water park open to the public, a wellness center, wooded fitness trails, and a water taxi system. Guests can enjoy these new developments in addition to Margaritaville Resort Orlando’s plethora of amenities, including cabanas, a cave, river channel, activity pool, a children’s pool and slides.

2. Hilton Grand Islander

Honolulu, Hawaii

Located in the one-of-a-kind tropical atmosphere of Waikiki, the Hilton Grand Islander will offer the precious Hawaiian charm that all travelers desire when they make it out to the islands. The elegant 38-story tower resort will feature absolutely unrivaled views of the island’s legendary coastline. Its location allows owners access to the area’s best beaches as well as some of Waikiki’s renowned dining and shopping venues.

Each one-, two-, and three bedroom unit features wonderfully-appointed amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Travelers may also invest in the resort’s beautiful penthouse suites. Hilton Grand Islander will also host some phenomenal on-site amenities. Enjoy five swimming pools, one of which is a massive 10,000 square-super pool. Guests will also enjoy the beach and salt-water lagoon, where guests can swim, snorkel, or rent watercraft equipment for an additional fee. Then you can unwind at the end of a long day with the Mandara Spa. Hilton Grand Islander is now taking reservations for vacations starting March 1.

3. Wyndham Grand Resort

Clearwater Beach, Florida

Wyndham Grand Resort Clearwater Beach opened on January 21st, and is already making a splash amongst travel enthusiasts as one of the most exciting new oceanfront resorts in the country. Sitting along the Gulf of Mexico in the west central area of Florida, each of the 343 guestrooms has an unrivaled view of either the water or the nearby marina. You can walk out onto your balcony or terrace to get a great view of the sunrise or sunset every day you’re out there. The modern décor is said to have been inspired by the pristine-sugar white sands, the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and the warm trade winds that welcome you each day.

Clearwater Beach provides the perfect atmosphere for all types of vacations, whether you’re adventuring out with the family or planning a romantic rendezvous with that special someone. Lounge out on the spacious sundeck along the shimmering outdoor pool and the ever-relaxing whirlpool. Keep up with your workouts at the third floor fitness center, or treat yourself to the soothing treatments and healing hands of the therapists at the full service Pallavi Spa. Don’t forget all of the great dining and lounge options as well; the resort’s concierge staff can also help guests book a romantic evening cruise to get you out on the water for an incredible experience you’ll be dreaming about all-year-long.

4. Atlantis Ko Olina

West Oahu, Hawaii

Atlantis Ko Olina is as much of a historical accomplishment as it is a hospitality accomplishment. The resort will be the first Atlantis property in the United States. Joining in the west coast’s Ko Olina resort community, the Atlantis property will rest between Ko Olina Resort’s Kohola Lagoon 1 and Honu Lagoon 2.

Spread out over 26 acres, Atlantis Ko Olina will introduce two hotels and condominiums to the hospitality market in Hawaii, featuring about 800 guest rooms and suites, 524 residences, and plenty of on-site amenities. Guests have plenty of options for restaurants, bars, retail boutique, shopping, and more. Atlantis Ko Olina features a Beach Club, a spa and fitness center, an aquarium, and event space for special occasions. At this stage, the resort simply has the green light; Oceanwide Hawaii hasn’t released information about the total cost, the architect and general contractor assignment for the project, or the completion date. But considering the architectural beauty of Atlantis resorts coupled with the exciting Hawaiian atmosphere, we couldn’t be more excited!

5. Westin Nanea Ocean Villas

Lahaina, Hawaii

Last on the list is Westin Nanea Ocean Villas, which is opening April 15, 2017. Occupying 16 acres of Maui’s Ka’anapali Beach, guests can walk to the shores of the ocean before they can say “aloha”. Immerse yourself in the warm Hawaiian sunshine orthe Hawaiian culture at the Pu’uhonua o Nanea Cultural Center. Guests can learn about Maui’s rich history, the Hawaiian language, how to make leis, and play the ukulele. The resort offers more traditional on-site amenities such as the WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, lagoon-style pool, and the oceanfront cabana.

Choose between 390 one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas offering both key amenities and an unforgettable oceanfront view. Bask in the calming spirit of pu’uhonua with contemporary furnishings, hīna’i-themed fixtures, and culturally inspired patterns and artwork. Live stress-free with the villas wonderful amenities including the home entertainment system, wardrobe armoire, and queen-size sleeper sofa. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances or relax and refresh in the signature Westin Heavenly Bath with large shower, a bathtub, and vanity.
