The Crane Difference

You're probably wondering why you should stay at Crane Beach Resort when there are so many other timeshare resorts to choose from in the Caribbean. For over 100 years, The Crane has offered world-class vacation accommodations at a surprisingly affordable price. The management and staff are dedicated to continually improving benefits, flexibility, and the overall resort experience for members and renters. As such, the Crane offers three different options for your accommodations: 1887 Resort Apartments, Luxury Penthouse Villas, and Private Residences.

The 1887 Resort Apartments are located in the historic hotel (fully renovated and restored in the twentieth century). You'll feel like you've stepped back in time yet taken all the luxuries of modern life with you when you choose these gorgeous apartments. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and genuine Barbadian art and antique furniture are found throughout each unit. This portion of the Crane Resort offers 18 rooms in total - lending an air of exclusivity to your stay - with four options including hotel rooms, studio, one and two-bedroom suites.

The Penthouse Villas at The Crane feature three-bedroom, four-bathroom suites, each with private balconies and ocean view plunge pools. These timeshare villas combine privacy with the luxurious comforts and amenities of world-class resort living. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, hand-crafted Barbadian furniture, marble bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and spa showers, dining rooms with elegant chandeliers, and kitchens with granite countertops and state of the art appliances are found in these units. Some villas boast roof terraces, and you can elect to have your kitchen fully stocked before arrival by the resort's full-service concierge.

The Crane's Private Residences allow slightly more flexibility than the Penthouse Villas, as you can choose from one, two or three bedroom suites with ocean views, or junior suites with garden views. As there are less than seven Private Residences per acre in this section of the resort, privacy is not an issue. Nineteenth century mahogany furnishings, four-poster king size beds, oriental carpets, spa showers, Jacuzzis, ten-foot ceilings, and coral stone walls are just a few of the outstanding features of these luxurious suites. And, best of all, ground floor units boast PRIVATE full-sized pools with "disappearing edges" while upper floor suites feature PRIVATE plunge pools.
