Nevis, aptly named the "Queen of the Caribees," boasts unparalleled sprawling natural vegetation, breathtaking landscapes and architecture of eras gone by. Green and serene, Nevis' natural wonders are truly sights to behold. From the dormant volcano Nevis Peak, to the sprawling natural vegetation Nevis will not disappoint. Swim, horse-back ride, run, walk or just lounge on the white sand beach in the shade of lush palms. The Condos at Nelson's Spring boats state of the art amenities including fitness center, child-sitting, pool area and of course, the Spa Nevis which will feature facials, body treatments, massages and even yoga sessions!

The Condos consist of two and three bedrooms and 2 x 2 units that have intercommunicating facilities to make a 2 four bedroom units. They are beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Queen size 4 poster beds with matching furniture in master bedrooms, single/double beds with matching furniture in guest bedrooms, cable TV hook ups along with plasma televisions in bedrooms and living room. Rooms are fully air conditioned and are also equipped with ceiling fans, security safe, hot water tank, and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors opening onto spacious tiled verandas and Egyptian marble tiles throughout.

The Condos at Nelson's Spring offers a fully staffed office, with maintenance, housekeeping services and 24-hour security. There will also be a State of the art fitness center, all weather tennis Court and pool area which will cater Bar food, Salad bar and a lunch menu daily. The state of the art fitness center will be equipped with treadmills, bikes, stair climber, weights and other equipment for all your exercise needs. Finally the Spa Nevis will feature a world-class spa in a two story building with five treatment rooms in a West Indian style bungalow, overlooking a private outdoor tranquility garden. Spa Nevis will feature Massages, Facials, Body Treatments and Yoga Sessions. There is also a car rental company available on property.
