Disney Vacation Club dues and fees are calculated on a per point basis. The more Disney Vacation Club points you own, the more you will pay in dues each calendar year. Point-to-maintenance fee ratios vary by resort and accommodations types as well, giving each DVC owner their own unique criteria when it comes to issuing yearly dues. Below you’ll find a price per point of the DVC maintenance fees, or "annual dues," by resort for 2015. They cover general maintenance, property taxes, operating expenses, and forecasted upgrades and improvements.

Three Things to Remember About DVC Fees
Disney Vacation Club maintenance fees are calculated based on the calendar year, not your use year.
Disney Vacation Club annual dues are estimated in advance, and owners pay in advance. This means that on each statement, you’ll see adjustments for the previous year, credits where you may have overpaid, and charges for unforeseen or underestimated expenses.
Statements are made available by mid-December, and your DVC fees are due in full by January 15th (unless you’ve arranged to pay monthly).
