Holiday Inn reservations are made simply by calling Holiday Inn Club. Your reservation will be made over the phone, and you should receive an email confirmation soon after calling. When you call to reserve your vacation depends on the reservation access period for where and when you would like to stay.

Reserve Holiday Inn Club Resorts

There are three different ways to reserve your vacation time, each depending on when and where you want to travel with each given year. It is important you plan ahead to have the most options possible when it is time to reserve. It helps to always have a couple options upon calling Holiday Inn Club to ensure you book something that works for you and your family. Even with all the flexibility Holiday Inn timeshares offer their owners, you must be also be flexible to help ensure the reservation process is simple and stress-free.

Home Access

The Home Access period is when you may reserve your vacation at the resort and week which you own. You can reserve your week anytime from 3 years to 13 months before your arrival date. If you do not reserve your week during the Home Access period, you will not enjoy priority booking for the week. No reservation fees apply during the Home Access period.

If you would like to reserve your home resort for a different week, you may make your reservation during the Resort Access period. This period is 13 to 10 months before your arrival date. Reservations are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make sure to reserve early to vacation at your desired destination.

Open Access

You may reserve a vacation at any Holiday Inn Club resort during the Open Access period. Make your reservation between 10 months to 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you are interested in splitting your week into two smaller vacations at any resort, you may make both reservations during this period. Reserve Holiday Inn Club resorts as soon as possible to ensure priority booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation, you will receive a full refund of your Holiday Inn Club points and reservation fees. After 24 hours, you will forfeit all reservation fees, but you may be entitled to a refund of your points.

  • If you cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund of points.
  • If you cancel 89 to 61 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 75% refund of points.
  • If you cancel 60 to 31 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of points.
  • If you cancel 30 days or fewer before your arrival date, you will not receive a refund of points.

POINTShield

If you want to ensure a full refund of your Holiday Inn Club points, you can purchase POINTShield for additional insurance. For a $35 fee, POINTShield allows you to cancel your reservation for up to 48 hours before your arrival for a full points refund.
