Sylvio Theriault - Senior Financial Analyst

Sylvio Theriault is the company's Senior Financial Analyst. With more than twenty years of experience in both privately and publicly held corporations, ranging from $15 million to $1.6 billion in annual revenues, Sylvio brings extensive senior level financial management experience to this position. His expertise in analyzing and implementing critical cash flow management plans and financial controls helps position our company for continuing growth. Sylvio's hands-on consultative management style serves our company well due to our rapid growth, financial demands, and eye toward expansion and investment requisites.

Theriault holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA from Merrimack College, (Massachusetts). Prior to joining SellMyTimeshareNOW, he has successfully negotiated major acquisitions and mergers; provided due diligence in preparation for an IPO; negotiated multi-million dollar loans; and prepared all financial documentation for the sale of a corporation, for companies including Timberland, William Arthur Inc., Spaulding Composites, VXI Corporation, and various oil distributors.

He and wife Paulette reside in Lee, NH and enjoy visits from grandsons Landon and Isaac. Daughter Cynthia, and sons Christopher and Stephen all live in New England with careers in engineering and finance. Sylvio is an accomplished sailor, avid reader and enjoys many mountain sports.
