Angela Catanzaro is the Customer Care Manager for Sell My Timeshare NOW. She is responsible for oversight of the customer care specialists who work on behalf of the company’s advertisers. Angela's responsibilities include ensuring that the company provides outstanding follow-up service; facilitating billing inquiries; and confirming that Sell My Timeshare NOW's customers are satisfied with their timeshare advertisements. Working in conjunction with the company's Art Department, Customer Care keeps timeshare advertisements up to date with the customer’s resort information.
Prior to coming to Sell My Timeshare NOW, Angela worked in retail customer service in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She also worked in administration for ReMax First Choice in Londonderry, New Hampshire, scheduling property viewings, managing the MLS data input on behalf of the company and providing administrative support to the staff of licensed real estate agents.
Angela holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire and is a certified holistic health counselor.
