Fixed Unit

What is a Fixed Unit?

Many timeshare owners find that having a Fixed Unit at the same resort every year is preferable to having a floating week so that they may ensure a certain room, view or living arrangement. For example, if you've paid for an ocean-view suite with a large balcony, you'll want to ensure that you'll be given the same room every time you visit, to be sure you're getting the appropriate value for your investment. Fixed Units may also be preferable if you or a family-member needs specific accommodations or if you're looking for lodging that can accommodate your pet.

A Fixed Unit should not be confused with a Fixed Week, wherein owners are assigned usage based on a specifically numbered week (1-52) based on a timeshare calendar. See Fixed Week, for more information.
