The intimacy of the 72+ room hotel villas and 350+ family homes and townhouses has given the resort a family feel, with a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere. The resort has the wonderful mix of being a quiet retreat with the benefit of a casino and other island activities, all easily accessible by local bus service. Due to its size, on-site activities are limited. The Festiva Market Place at Olde Towne, Coco-Loco's Bar, and Wood-Fire Grill are newly opened.
