Resort Information - Surrey Vacation Resort at Carriage Place

The *Carriage Place* is Phase IV of Grand Crowne Resort and consists of three buildings. Each building has 15 "lock-off" three bedrooms, three baths fully furnished units for which a fee simple condominium interval ownership/timeshare regime has been established. Building B in the Carriage Place is Phase III of Grand Crowne Resorts. It's design is the same as the triple-share units in the Grand Crowne Resort and Country Club; that means that a three bedroom unit can be "locked-out" as three separate one bedroom units with their own kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
