The spacious marble bathroom features a generously oversized tub and premium quality designer fixtures. This unit has a living room that can be separated from the bedroom area by sliding across a set of wooden door panels for complete privacy. You can also enjoy the cable TV/VCR in the living room. The ocean view terrace has a dining table and chairs for enjoying dining "al fresco" and the unit is uniquely decorated with a Caribbean flair. Maid service is provided every day except for Sundays.

Sint Maarten is located at the very eastern edge of the chain of volcanic islands that arc from Florida to Venezuela. It is located about 700 miles SSE from Miami and about 200 miles SE of Puerto Rico. St Maarten is part of the Netherlands Antilles, five islands that previously were colonies of the Netherlands. Bonaire and Curacao are just off the coast of Venezuela, while St Maarten, St Eustatius, and Saba are five hundred miles to the north. Sint Maarten is well within the tropics. The sunny, winter days range from 70F to 80F (21C to 27C) and the tradewinds generally keep the summer temperatures only 5F (3C) warmer. The 38-square mile island is edged with beaches, filled with restaurants, and alive with nightlife. If after a tough day at the beach and a spectacular meal, you want more; check out the movies, casinos, and discos. Of course, duty-free shopping is available.
