*RCI Silver Crown and Interval International Premier Rated* This is a week-4, odd year timeshare, it also floats if you call on January 1st (odd years) after the maintenance fees are paid. Maintenance fees are $380, but if paid before the odd year starts it is cheaper. It is a wonderful place to stay, right across the street from Busch Gardens. The tours of Williamsburg are very entertaining, and the people are very nice and informative. Our children absolutely loved it! Price is negotiable."
"As an owner, the rates are $59 per night for a 1 bedroom or $109 per night for a 2 bedroom unit with a minimum of 2 nights or a maximum of 7 nights!! This is a very deep discount during the spring and summer months! You can also purchase tickets to several of the nearby attractions at the main office, making waiting in long entrance lines no longer a problem. During the warmer months Colonial Williamsburg really comes alive! Actors dressed like pilgrims and many reenactments take place. They are all very eager to tell a story, answer questions, or just let you watch them go about daily historic business. It truly is a step back in time! About 15 minutes away is Jamestown, our first English settlement. History, ship, and and/or romance enthusiasts will love this town, it is truly beautiful, and be ready to relive the story of Captain Smith and Pocahontas! An hour south is Virginia Beach and its famous Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is a definite must-see for anyone traveling to Virginia! The beach itself is an experience of its own, with the warm waters of the southern Atlantic Ocean and its perfect waves. The food and live entertainment are exceptional, too. You can even rent various types of bicycles and golf carts to tour the boardwalk area! An hour north is Fredericksburg and you can still see all the damage the "Battle of Fredericksburg" caused. Almost every building has its own story and tour. You can even touch the holes in the buildings where there are still musket balls embedded in them. I was stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, on Norfolk Naval Base and my family and I still believe it was the best two years of our lives!"
