It features  a 100,000 square foot lobby with an infinity pool over-looking the Pacific ocean. Its mini train transports guests to the nearby condominiums. It has two types of living arrangements: a two bedroom (master bedroom and a studio). Presidential suite which is a basic or registered week that has an identical award or Vacation Fair week associated with it. Sleeps 6-8 adults and children. It also has one bedroom plus their award weeks. Sleeps 4 adults and children. The award week is an integral part of the basic or registered week that can be used at a different time but cannot be sold separately. A maintenance fee is paid only for the registered or basic week; the Presidential studio can be separated and used at a different time but no additional maintenance fee is required. However, use of the award week does require its maintenance fee. All maintenance fees (including a fifth year special renovation fee) have been paid.
