The purchaser has to buy the property in two week chunks. The two contracts we have are each two week contracts. They will have to be sold in two weeks increments.

Maintenance fees must be paid on two weeks a year (one week for each contract). If the purchaser decides to use additional weeks they then have to pay the maintenance fees for each additional week they use.

All four weeks are bankable with condo exchange companies (RCI, Ice Gallery, San Francisco Exchange). This is not a normal perk with Mayan Palace. Generally it is just one week per contract.

Two weeks have to be used in full week increments. The other two weeks can be split into 3 and 4 day increments. This feature is also not typical (a bonus with this 2 week contract) with most Mayan Palace contracts.
