All units are privately owned condominiums. Each owner decorates their unit in a tropical style with furnishings that meet our rigorous standards. The Resort is AAA approved with a two diamond rating. All units have separate living, dining, and sleeping areas. Also standard in all units is a full sized kitchen, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans, and everything else you will need to prepare your home cooked meals.

Kalapaki Beach is a 5 minute walk; The mini-mall across the street provides a nice selection of boutique-type shops, souvenir shops, art studios, and restaurants. Banyan Harbor Resort is a 10-minute drive to K-Mart, Wal-Mart, and grocery store, and a 10-minute drive from Lihue Airport. You can also tour the nearby Marriott Resort and Country Club grounds that center the bay/harbor. The Marriott has a bar - Duke’s - with a nice waterfall, and seating all around the waterfall and Koi pond. Next to the Marriott is a country club and tennis club with a full golf course. They have beautiful grounds, which you may wander through. Lydgate State Park has an enclosed area for snorkeling - highly recommended! as well as a nice playground for the kids.
