There are three classes of cabins and also a few RV rental for families on a budget. One cabin style includes a queen bed, two bunks, and a sleeping loft. A second cabin style, which may be better suited to couples, replaces the bunks and loft with an enlarge living room area with a pull-out futon. Each of the fully furnished one or two bedroom units sleeps 1 to 7 persons, with several floor plans from which to choose, all including a long list of standard features. Cabin settings are private and wooded, yet still within each access to the resort's full range of facilities and recreational amenities. The rental cabins truly represent the best of both worlds. Although Cape Cod has a year-round population of about 230,000, it experiences a tourist explosion each summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day as the New England cold gives way to a brief but comfortably summer.
