Resort Information - Royal Aloha Vacation Club - Waikiki

Royal Aloha Vacation Club was founded in Hawaii in 1977. The Club's first units were located in Waikiki at the Aloha Towers condominium. Vacation units then were added in Maui and Kona, Hawaii; Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe, Nevada; Chandler, Arizona; Branson, Missouri; Acapulco, Mexico; and Nueva Andalucia, Spain. The Las Vegas resort was sold in 2003. From time to time, the Club also has reciprocal direct exchange arrangement with a major exchange company and other time share resorts to allow our members to vacation at other non-RAVC resorts. Royal Aloha has approximately 8,500 members who own 10,500 membership weeks. They reside in all 50 states and in 28 foreign countries. Royal Aloha members own a right-to-use in either one-bedroom or two-bedroom accommodations at any Club location on a first-come, first-served basis. Use rights are not tied to any particular unit or resort. All members own the right to use the Club properties in perpetuity. The legal titles to all real and personal properties are vested in the corporation as tenant in severalty. Royal Aloha members own the Club.
