Resort Information - Highlands at Sugar

Owners Note To Potential Buyers: We truly enjoyed this timeshare for 15 years before Hurricane Katrina occurred and we were forced to buy a travel trailer and a new home. We were wishing for quite a while to travel more during our vacations, which the travel trailer makes possible. The condo is at the top of a mountain and the area is beautiful. We have a float week from 14-42 and have gone during the fall leaf color change in October and that was undescribably beautiful. We enjoyed watching the bears come out and rob the dumpster at dusk a number of times. Grandfather Mountain, with the mile high bridge is within sight from our condo. Boone, NC has many attractiona and is about a twenty minute drive from the condo. The Blue Ridge Parkway Viaduct is near Grandfather Mountain. It was so beautiful that we drove the Parkway every day and sometimes just sat and enjoyed the view for hours. The condo and resort amenities are top notch.
