The Kalamazoo Aviation History Museum displays rare original and authentic restorations of World War II (some of which still fly), Korean, and Vietnam aircraft. A Curtiss P-40 Flying Tiger and the four Grumman Cats are a part of the exhibit. When the weather permits, flying demonstrations are held daily, May through September. The Kalamazoo Public Museum & Hans Baldauf Planetarium has exhibits dealing with science, history, and technology. Featured are displays of natural and local history, a pioneer room, an Egyptian tomb, and a planetarium with programs for children and adults.
