Resort Information - Royal Aloha Tahoe

*Royal Aloha Vacation Club* is one of the oldest timeshare clubs in the United States. In fact, RAVC was the first timeshare plan to register in Hawaii! RAVC celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2002. Although members in Royal Aloha Vacation Club do not have any direct real estate interest in any of the Club's properties, they have a perpetual ownership to all units currently owned or may be acquired in the future by the Club. Such right is freely transferable, with a modest transfer fee, to member's heir(s) or any parties designated by the member. There are approximately 8,500 current RAVC members, they come from every single state of the United States and some thirty foreign countries in every corner of the world including countries such as Australia, Britain, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. Currently, the Club owns vacation properties in eight different locations: Waikiki, Kona, Maui (Hawaii); Lake Tahoe (Nevada); Chandler (Arizona); Branson (Missouri); Acapulco (Mexico); and Marbella (Spain). Member may use units in any of the vacation locations based on a first-come, first-serve reservations system without paying any additional exchange fees.
