Resort Information - Sea Ranch II

Centrally located Kill Devil Hills is the largest town on the Outer Banks in terms of population. It is bracketed by Kitty Hawk to the north and Nags Head to the south. Despite the large resident population, the locals are far outnumbered by summer visitors in this vacation town.
