This is a ILX Resorts - Premier Vacation Club Timeshare. This can be used anywhere a ILX Resort is used. Interval International is the exchange company. The property is deeded to me in Coconino County in Arizona and the base or home resort is Los Abrigados Resort & Spa/The Inn at Los Abrigados in Sedona Arizona. This is what is called a Copper - Studio Unit. The use is every other year on even years only. I would like to sell this entire timeshare not just the weeks that I own.
