NEW TERRAIN PARK: Boost your skills on Lowrider, the newest terrain park for experienced snowboarders. Its shorter rails, smaller jumps, fun boxes and more are great for perfecting your latest moves. They've also added a brand new glade skiing area, expended the tubing hill by a lane, renamed it "The Polar Coaster", and made riding to the top a breeze with a 900-ft. "magic" carpet surface lift. The Polar Coaster is now the biggest in New Mexico - it's longer, faster, and wilder than ever before. It's guaranteed fun for little kids and grown-ups alike. LIFT TICKETS AND SEASON PASSES: With front- and backside high-speed chairlifts, shorter lift lines and lower lift ticket prices than most other mountains in the Southern Rockies, it's certain you'll get more power and bang for your bucks at Angel Fire. ANGEL FIRE SKI & SNOWBOARD SCHOOL: Friendly, experienced instructors offer more than your typical "follow the leader" ski lessons. They'll deliver a fun and memorable experience for first-timers - and stoke the fires of experienced skiers and boarders by helping you fine-tune your skills. Also offered: Child Group Lessons; Adult Group Lessons; Private Lessons: and Special & Adaptive. DAYCARE: Located at the Children's Center, hours are from 8am to 4pm. GEAR RENTAL: Enjoy a first-class ride down the mountain in top-of-the-line skis and boards from Rossignol, Salomon, Nordica, K2 and Morrow, including twin tips, powder skis and snow skates. Stop by the Rental Shop for all the equipment you need - whether you're renting, shopping for new gear and want to test-drive the best - or simply don't feel like lugging all of your stuff halfway across the country or state.
