Also included is One Bonus Week (Unused) available to be taken based on availability at any Wyndham (Fairfield) Resort, any week. Maintenance fees are paid to date!

If you simply choose not to take WK44, it can be banked and taken at a different time and location, based on current availability within a 45 day advance notice time frame. It can be banked for up to 2 years.
