"The asking price includes use for two weeks in the year. The first week is week 6 each year, usually falling in early February when the skiing is great and the lift lines are very short, if there’s any line at all. You can usually ski down and right back onto the lift. In addition, week 6 is the week prior to the mid-winter school breaks so the slopes are empty! The second week is a floating week falling throughout the year and can be exchanged throughout the year, based of course on availability. The unit is located within “Birches” and is an upstairs 2- bedroom condo unit that sleeps six people. The condo is within a short walk to the village and the village lift line. The unit itself faces the woods and the cross country ski trails so it is extremely quiet. Maintenance charges are $563 per week."
