The Country Club of Whispering Pines is a semi-private club that offers privacy to its members yet accessibility to the public. Whispering Pines Villas are just a wedge shot from the clubhouse and the first tees. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Many have their own decks, offering views of the pool, Thagards Lake or the golf courses. A new clubhouse opened in February of 1998 to rave reviews. It houses a Dining/Banquet area that can accommodate up to 300 people. An informal Bar and Grill provide relaxed comfort before or after golf for both members and guests. A modern Golf Shop, driving range, putting greens, and a practice green with sand bunkers round out the amenities.
