"The unit has 2 king beds as well as 2 living rooms with 2 queen pull-outs, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms.  We had to book for 2008 already.  We booked April 26 - May 3rd for 8 people.  The golfing around there is great.  Obviously, if we sold before that time the buyers would have that week or they can change it for a fee."
