There are several rules to be followed by renters including no pets and a strict island recycling program. Additional costs associated with the island are not included (i.e. ferry). There is a check-in fee ($150) that can be included with the rental depending on negotiations. There are also added costs for laundry services that can be included with rental (avg. $80 - $110).
