Owner states the following:

At present, I own 400 weeks of a “floating” timeshare, which can be used at any of the Palace Resorts, in a Superior Deluxe room with King Bed and Double Jacuzzi.  At the buyer’s discretion, these weeks can be converted to 200 weeks of a 2 bedroom, 2½ bath Presidential Suite complete with living room and dining room and a double Jacuzzi and free mini-bar in each bedroom.  Or, the weeks can be converted to any combination of Superior Deluxe or Presidential Suites.

These 400 weeks include 198 weeks of Unlimited Golf!  Palace Resorts boasts the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Mexico and an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Von Hagge. This timeshare allows the owner and his family to play unlimited golf, as often as they like, free of charge, during their stay at any of the Palace Resort hotels. This includes the new Palace Resort in Puerto Valartta, Mexico and the soon to be opened resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.  Unlike other resorts, the Palace Resort's week is 8 days and 7 nights, however you may stay as many days as you like. The last time that I checked, a round of golf on the Jack Nicklaus course was $236 per person and $172 per person at the Robert Von Hagge course for play in the morning. Afternoons, when the sun is at its peak, prices are lower - $150 and $118, respectively.

In addition, the timeshare entitles the owner and/or his guests to stay at any of the Palace hotels at a reduced rate – about 25% off.  Each of the Palace hotels, all 5-star resorts, is all-inclusive of food, entertainment, liquor, sightseeing and airport transfers. 

 There is no time limit on when these weeks must used – they may be used at any time and in any season during the year.  This is a lifetime timeshare and any unused weeks can be passed on to the next generation.

Palace Resorts no longer offers these unlimited golf timeshares as they have affected the profitability of the golf courses.
