Situated in the Calahonda township, Club Marbella and Regency Palms are adjacent to each other and combine to make a total of 195 apartments, as follows: * 193 x 2 bedroom apartments and * 2 x studios. In the Living room/Lounge area, a full (2m) size double sofa bed expands the accommodation to 4, 6, or 8 guests in comfort. Another sofa, a coffee table, lamps, pictures and soft furnishings all combine to create a comfortable ambiance. All units are equipped as standard with a 21" T.V. with satellite reception - providing channels in Spanish, English, German and French. All units in Clubs Calahonda, La Riviera, Caronte and Marbella/Regency Palms have direct dial telephone service. The Dining area has a table and chairs to suit the size of the apartment, together with a sideboard or display cabinet. All apartments have a bathroom which provides bath and shower, wash basin, W.C. and bidet. Many units have an additional shower room with washbasin and W.C., and some have two full bathrooms. In addition, a hairdryer has also been provided for your convenience. All units have full kitchens with cooker, stainless steel sink and many labour-saving devices, such as microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, coffee-maker etc. All apartments are provided with crockery, cutlery and glasses for the size of unit, and also have a full range of kitchen utensils. Bedroom furniture includes double (2m) or twin beds, bedside lockers, radio alarm clock, chest of drawers or dressing table, full length hanging wardrobes, bedside lamps, mirrors and co-ordinated soft furnishings. The units have linen for all beds, and towels for the occupants. Beach towels are not provided, but may be purchased from Reception. A personal safe is provided for use at a small additional charge. Most apartments have balconies overlooking the gardens, pools and surrounding countryside. Patio furniture of table and chairs allows meals to be taken outside in the glorious Spanish weather!
