Each of the units occupy an entire floor of a building and consist of two separate, fully equipped condos, connected by both an interior door and individual outside entrances. The flexibility is incredible! Owners often use one side for vacation, and trade or rent the other. Some of our owners even trade both sides for two weeks at other resorts! But if space is what you need, use both units with the added benefit of two kitchens and two living-rooms. Close the connecting door and enjoy a little privacy away from the crowd! Each model is fully fitted with all the necessities and luxuries alike. Included are linens, towels, silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, blender, and just about anything else you could think of. The furnishings are fresh, clean, attractive and comfortable. Drapes, carpets, and all other accessories have been coordinated by a professional interior designer. The units are maintained by one of the top rated maintenance staffs in the industry. Each unit is well lighted and has many large windows to keep them bright and cheerful. The decor has an island theme with bright colors and soft textures. You will know that you are staying at a top-notch tropical island destination, and YOU ARE! No detail has been left to chance.
