RESORT FAST FACTS: New to FairShare Plus in 2006; Accessible Units; Elevators; Higher Demand in Summer; and Higher Demand for Holidays/Special Events. FAIRSHARE PLUS PROGRAM: In 1991, the company forever changed the face of the timeshare industry by introducing FairShare Plus, a revolutionary concept of points-based exchange.
