The fine print in the original contract signed 3/2007, says buyer fee will be equal to five maintenance fees. It is a 100 year contract (from 3/5/2007) that must be renewed every 25 years. Every 25 years you pay a fee that is the equivalent of 5 maintenance fees per each registered week. Every five years you pay a renovation fee equal to one time the annual maintenance fee per week. Yearly maintenance fees will be charged whether your use the weeks or not. For both weeks the 2011 billing states the annual maintenance fee will be $1,833.37. That is $916.685 per week.
