This is on the ocean at Cape Cod. It is a small and seasonal resort which keeps the maintenance fee at a miminal cost. We have stayed here many times and enjoyed the area. Lots of restaraunts, shops, and Christmas Tree shops available in the area. A small quaint Cape Cod town. the Week is in May and all is in bloom. RED time.
