The finely appointed one bedroom/one bath units have two double beds in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and accommodates 4 to 6. The three bedroom/two and a half bath units have two king size beds, two double beds and a queen size sleeper sofa and accommodates 8 to 10. All units are equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, wall to wall carpeting, central heat and air conditioning. In addition, each unit has two color TVs, a private telephone and is also equipped with dishes, utensils and cookware. Each unit also has a private balcony which over looks the pool and many units have a great view of the beach, ocean and the bay. Timeshare units also include bed linens, towels and a starting supply of paper products.
