The Holiday Club in Australia is associated with a group of Clubs developed by the Beekman Brothers, Braam and John, who have over twenty years of experience in the holiday ownership industry.  They started in 1982, developing and building seven resorts.  In 1993 the points system was launched.  Today, the Holiday Club South Africa is the owner of stock in 52 resorts in South Africa.  The group currently has over 70,000 members and is growing by five to six thousand members per year.

The Responsible Entity is part of the Resort Condominium International (RCI) Global Vacation Network, a division of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation.  Wyndham is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is a member of the S&P 500 Index.  Wyndham is one of the world's largest publicly traded hospitality companies, and the RCI Global Vacation Network is the operator of the world's largest vacation exchange and rental networks.  It offers its more than 3 million members access to approximately 55,000 vacation properties located in over 100 countries.  The Beekman brothers and Wyndham jointly own Vacation Management Services Pty Ltd., which manages the Holiday Club South Africa.
