"I own week 45 at Pollard Brook, fully paid for. Also participate in a vacation club allowing me to convert to points (65000) to use at other resorts. The 2009 maintenance fee for the upkeep of property is $626. The "maintenance fee" to participate in the point/exchange program is $231 = $857/year total. This cost has become a burden to me and I want to sell the property. Am willing to accept an offer that would simply cover the transaction cost and any outstanding fees (at this point I owe only.. the $857 for 2009). The resort is nice, the exchange options are good, I've used it well for a few years, but its no longer worth it for me to keep."
