"Week Number: Once maintenance fees are paid, you can select your weeks(s); first come, first served basis (even years). The yearly maintenance fee is approximately $450 (paid in November).

"Number of Weeks Owned: Depends on how you want to do it. You can book both units together for 1 week for up to 10 people; or book one unit one week, book second unit another week the same year for a 2 week vacation. The units are studio/1 bedroom lockout. The studio will handle 4 occupants, the 1 bedroom will handle 6 occupants."
