Resort Information - Barrier Island Station at Kitty Hawk

When you own a vacation week at Barrier Island Station you not only get a top-notch condominium but you also own two units in one! Each of the units occupy an entire floor of a building and consist of two separate, fully equipped condos, connected by both an interior door and individual outside entrances. The flexibility is incredible! The owners often use one side for vacation, and trade or rent the other. Some of the owners even trade both sides for two weeks at other resorts! But if space is what you need, use both units with the added benefit of two kitchens and two living-rooms. Close the connecting door and enjoy a little privacy away from the crowd!
