It is 1124 square feet in size. If you go to smuggs.com and put Tamaracks into the search engine and then click on Tamarack's two bedroom it comes up with a 2 bedroom schematic and a picture of the interior and exterior. We are on the top floor (3 floors) so there is no one above us which is wonderful. Only one set of stairs up to the 3rd floor.
