Studio and One Bedroom units are equipped with a partial-kitchen and each unit has a private patio. One bedroom units sleep up to four people and include a living area with TV/DVD player, dining area, kitchenette including a sink and electric cooking range. There is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, and a queen pull out sofa in the living area. One Bedroom Units all have beautiful ocean views!

Resort Information - Mariner's Point Beach Club

Mariner's Point offers approximately 290 feet of gorgeous beachfront overlooking Vineyard Sound. The resort is adjacent to the Falmouth Yacht Club and has a sweeping lawn that lies alongside a kite park where a magnificent array of kites in every color and as large as 10 feet fly through the air all summer. Watch the sailboats in Falmouth Harbor, walk to the dock for fishing, or board the Island Queen Ferry for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard. All studio and one-bedroom units sleep two to four, and the deluxe suites sleep up to six people.
