"This is a 7-day week rental during the leaf season! The dates are 23 October through 30 October, Friday to Friday. It is a house with a lockout door in between the rooms, actually giving you 2 private accommodations. One side is considered to be a standard bedroom and the other is a deluxe. The standard has a queen size bed and a sofabed that lets out. The deluxe side has a king bed and sofabed, sleeps 4. Both have a balcony. Rules are: must be 25 years old to check in; $50 security deposit and no pets. Check in time 4:00 PM, checkout 10:00 AM."
