"The maintenance fee for 2009 has been paid in full. If you purchase this year, you don't have to pay any more for 2009 and can enjoy Christmas week in Lake Tahoe when hotel rooms of such quality elsewhere are over $200 a night. I have this unit annually fixed at week 51 or the Christmas week. I paid extra for locking the week 51. It is almost impossible for anyone to book the Christmas week if you have the floating option on other units.
