"Kilconquhar Castle Estate is set within 130 acres of mature woodland and formal gardens, which provides an idyllic location for a relaxing or activity-filled holiday, with the facilities of the Estate available to enjoy. Annual membership of the Country Club is included, making available to timeshare owners all facilities throughout the year, including indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, snooker room, games rooms, treatment rooms, horse riding, tennis courts, golf practice range and putting greens and two exclusive restaurants. Change-over days fall on a Saturday. Depending on the calendar schedule each year, Week 39 overlaps (either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) with the Dunhill Cup, a major end-of-year Pro-Celebrity Golf Tournament played annually at St Andrews, with the final round always on the famous Old Course. Set in the delightful East Neuk of Fife, Kilconquhar is located within twenty minutes of St Andrews, and five minutes from Elie. The area is served by several excellent restaurants and, of course, golf is readily accessible at many of the local courses, including those at St Andrews where preferential rates can be obtained through the Estate. The Estate also organises a large variety of events, including tours, competitions and themed dining experiences.
