This WEEKLY membership contract is SIMPLE and FLEXIBLE. You are entitled to 12 weeks in a 1 bedroom lockout unit (sleeps 4-6) or 24 weeks in a hotel unit (sleeps 2-3) at any of the nine Viva Wyndham resorts. Viva membership weeks are FLOATING (you can use different units or weeks each year) so that you can schedule your vacation when and where you like. RED SEASON use period covers 49 weeks per year (the only ‘blackout” weeks are Easter, Christmas and New Year). You can ACCELERATE your weeks (use all weeks in a single year!) or continue with biennial vacations (2 weeks in even years). This Right-to-use lease expires in 2030. NO POINTS ARE INVOLVED!
