This membership contract is WEEKLY for biennial use. It entitles you to 12 weeks in a 1 bedroom lockout unit (sleeps 4-6) or 24 weeks in a hotel unit (sleeps 2-3) at any of the nine Viva Wyndham resorts. Viva membership weeks are FLOATING (you can pick different hotels and different weeks) so it is convenient for your vacation schedule. RED SEASON period covers 49 weeks per year. You can ACCELERATE USE (spend all weeks in one year) or continue biennial vacations in even numbered years. Right-to-use expires in 2030. Unit can be rented or transferred to heirs. NO POINTS ARE INVOLVED, but this contract can be converted to the Viva’s Points System (contact Viva Vacation Club for details). Membership fee is only $480, payable in even years (paid now until 2012).
