*RCI Gold Crown Rated Resort* Featuring an elegantly appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Presidential suite that is spacious enough to sleep 6-8 guests comfortably. This may be used for 2 weeks each year, or usage may be for 4 weeks in a Jacuzzi suite, or for 6 weeks in a 1 bedroom Governor's suite. This Palace Premiere Package may be used at ANY Palace Resort!

Right to Use lease expires in 2027, but this can be renewed at no cost until all of the usage weeks are used. For example, there are 200 equivalent usage weeks remaining for the 2 bedroom Presidential suite, or 400 equivalent weeks for a 1 bedroom Jacuzzi suite. All weeks are floating and may be used in Platinum season.

The Palace Premiere Package also includes free golf, express check-in, and room assignment priority for ocean view suites. Maintenance fee of $2,400 is actually a usage fee that you pay only when you vacation. This fee covers food, vacation expenses, etc.
